To initiate the return process, please email us at support@suvicurebiotech.com with your order number and reason for the replacement\/refund. If the ordered product is ineligible for a refund, we will return the product to you. Suvicure Biotech reserves the right to determine the eligibility for returns, and the customer shall accept our final decision without dispute.<\/p><p>We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:<\/p><p>The item may be damaged during transit.<br \/>An incorrect item was delivered<br \/>In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the full amount if the request for replacement\/return is made within seven days of receiving the package. To request a refund or replacement, email us at support@suvicurebiotech.com with your order number and reason for the request. We are not responsible for any items returned without our prior confirmation.<\/p><p>If the replacement item is unavailable, we will endeavor to offer the best possible alternatives, prioritizing the customer\u2019s choice. If the customer has already paid, a 100% refund will be processed if the product is not available or has not been shipped.<\/p><p><strong>Refund of Payment<\/strong><br \/>Payment deductions for a product will be reversed if made by credit card. Refunds for online payments are typically processed within seven days.<\/p><p><strong>Cancellation of Order by User<\/strong><br \/>You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@suvicurebiotech.com with your order details. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed within seven business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
